Let Me Love You by Megan Smith

Let me just say that Megan knocked this one way out of the park. This is by far my favorite in the series so far.  I love everything about the story between Cooper and Jaylinn the way that they love each other even when they aren’t sure what they are to each other yet.

Jaylinn had something profound and terrifying happen to her in the past and considers Cooper the man that saved her, her best friend and the man that she loves, but Cooper doesn’t see it that way, he blames himself for the events of the horrible night and refuses to completely let Jaylinn into his heart out of guilt and fear.  Cooper pushes Jaylinn away and Jaylinn pushes back to make him just see that all she wants to do is love him.

When Cooper at least expects Jaylinn starts throwing him curve balls and playing dirty she wants him to realize just how much she loves him.  Cooper is totally hot, swoon worthy and by far my favorite leading man out of the Cahill’s and McCormick’s now.  I laughed, cried, and screamed with this one I felt emotions I haven’t felt in a long time while reading, I was glued to my kindle and couldn’t put it down till I was finally finished. Megan Smith did an amazing job of bringing you something real and emotional, this is a must read.

After finishing Indulging in Irelyn I was left shocked, and hanging on to the end of my seat waiting to pick up Being Zolt. I loved every minute of this book and could not put it down. This book brought some real life issues that most people would never think a minute about but can happen and greatly influence the world around you and what you think. At the being I was angry at Zolts behavior and wanted to shake Irelyn for the decisions she made even though I could completely understand why she made them. To protect the people she loved. Marcus brought in the dynamic of evil twisted man while hiding behind the rich perfect man, that could easily get people to do what he wants and when he wants it. He used the people in his life to get what he wanted, he hurt them betrayed them and took things from the people in his life for his own gain. Watching Irelyn and Zolt unite to help bring Marcus down and to help their friends and family in need was awe inspiring while you watched them continue to fight for one another and the love that they shared. Irelyn suffers such great loss within the pages of this story, but with Zolt by her side she is able to over come every obstacle that is placed in her way, showing us readers that she is an extremely strong women who will not let anyone bring her down and treat her in ways that she does not deserve. This book will leave you hanging on to the end of your seats with every twist and turn that arises within this wonderful book by D. L. Raver, you will fall in love, hurt, cry and forgive just like the characters that are built within the pages.
